He most recently served as Assurance Partner at BDO, where he was the signing partner on the annual financial statements of 3 US-listed entities (NASDAQ) and 15+ private companies. He has rich experience handling audits and advisory assignments for listed companies in India and the United States, as well as large unlisted multinational corporations. His sector depth spans E-Commerce, Hospitality, Technology, Healthcare, and Media. Puneet has worked extensively with entrepreneurial companies backed by private equity capital, guiding them on best-in-class accounting practices and SOPs. At FYNX, he leads the audit and assurance practice, bringing this breadth of listed-company and PE experience to every engagement.

His first-hand audit and advisory experience with private equity and investment firms equips him to provide an insider's perspective on complex transactions — from M&A to portfolio valuation — delivering practical strategies for financial due diligence and value creation.
