Terms of Engagement

All professional services provided by FYNX Consulting Group are governed by a written engagement letter that specifies the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and applicable terms. No work commences until the engagement letter is signed by both parties. Our standard terms include provisions for confidentiality, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and termination. Material changes to scope require a written amendment signed by both parties.
